Returns and Faulty Products
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels within 30 days of receipt. We'll issue a full refund within 2-3 days after receiving the merchandise. Only exception is our engraved products, due to the nature of the product, it is considered a personalized item. These items cannot be resold and it cannot be returned. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
If you decide that you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email: info@Timbers.co within 24 hours. If the order haven't been processed, we can fully refund your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit / credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) as well as Apple pay, Google pay and PayPal.
How do I know your site is secure?
Timbers.co has signed up with Paypal Pro Secure Payment Gateway. Paypal Pro is a Level 1 service provider and the highest security in the US.
All transaction information passed between Timbers.co and Paypal Pro’s systems is encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent from Paypal Pro are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Timbers.co's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on Paypal Pro's systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure Godaddy's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data Paypal Pro hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Can I use more than one discount code?
At this time you can only use one discount code per order. This is because we promote our company with different codes and cannot afford to offer sales with multiple codes. Personal preference and the size of your basket determines which code would work best for the individual. We have tried to cater for our customer's requirements.
